We selected GITT Construction to renovate our home that’s very special to us because it’s been in our family for two generations. Not only did the team at GITT bring our updated design to life, but every inch of the space they renovated was constructed with the highest quality possible. From the owner/general contractor of the business all the way down to the newest carpenter on their team, each team member at GITT was respectful, honest, hardworking, and a joy to be around. We will forever be grateful for their work on our home, and will continue to use them for any future construction work on our property. At this point, we can’t imagine using anyone else. Enthusiastically recommend!

It’s very rare that I give five stars on a review, but GITT Construction absolutely earned it! Over a year ago my wife and I had our kitchen and living room remodeled, and we couldn’t be happier! From our first meeting with Tim and Michaela all the way through to our last walkthrough, they really listened to what we wanted and everything turned out better than we had hoped. Tim’s crew was amazing! They really went the extra mile to give us a great experience. Thoughtful, clean and just great to have around. And the craftsmanship was flawless, from the custom cabinets to the layout. Highly recommend!

Trust is earned and not just given. And Tim and the GITT team have earned my family’s trust. We have used them now for quite a few house projects and after some bad experiences with some other companies, we will only be using GITT and calling them straight away. Very open and honest and calm- which is great since house projects can be very stressful.

We’re thrilled with our transformed attic primary suite and would highly recommend GITT Construction and CDS for any remodeling needs. They listened carefully to our goals and ideas, helped us refine the design to optimize the space, and truly brought our vision for the third floor to life. Despite the inevitable hiccups that come with working on a 100+ year-old house, they navigated everything smoothly, stayed aligned with our priorities, and even came in under budget! We had a great experience throughout the renovation process and look forward to working with GITT on future projects.

GITT has done great work for us. We first had our basement redone, and then our kitchen. Melissa and Tim were great to work with. Blue is Kitchen before, Green is after. Carpet is before in the basement, and vinyl plank after.

Our kitchen remodel was the biggest, most expensive purchase we had done other than the house itself. Tim and Melissa and their crew held our hands throughout the whole process and were amazing to work with. It was a miserable 3+ months (as promised!) doing dishes in the bathtub but no pain, no gain, and we just love love love our new kitchen. GITT’s estimate was under actual which allowed us to do a few other things like get a new hot water heater and do some basement work to keep our pipes from freezing (they don’t any more) – which GITT took care of too. Highly recommend.

GITT Construction is an awesome company to work with. Starting with Tim and Melissa, the entire crew was so pleasant and professional. They provided a detail estimate and timeline so there were no surprises. Any questions or concerns I had were answered almost immediately. I will definitely be using them for future projects.
